It updates throughout the day as new bookings come in. Search by last name to find a specific person. People who are booked and released the same day may not show up. For older records, file a request with the sheriff's office or the arresting agency.
Under MCL § 28.242, all law enforcement in Michigan must report arrest data to the state within 72 hours of booking. Ingham County has two district courts. The 54A District Court sits in Lansing and handles misdemeanors and arraignments for cases within the city.
